Backup & Sync Fillet apps

Access your data from any iOS or Android device, or any web browser.

Overview

Data sync has two main parts:

  • Sending data from a device to your other devices, and
  • Receiving data from your other devices.

Your amount of data and your internet connection will affect sync speed, so please allow some time for sync to complete.

This is how Fillet apps manage data sync, that is, the “pull” and “push” processes:

  • For the Fillet web app, data is automatically “pushed” as you work, and you can “pull” data by going to the Sync tab.
  • For the Fillet Android app, data is synced when you select “Sync” on the home screen.
  • Sync data in the Fillet iOS and iPadOS applications

Web app

Changes made in this web app are automatically synced to the server.

For the Fillet web app, data is automatically “pushed” as you work, and you can “pull” data by going to the Sync tab.

Refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache will automatically resolve most issues.

As well, this helps you to avoid issues caused by outdated data.

iOS and iPadOS

While sync is in progress, you should see the progress wheel spinning.

When sync is complete, you can see the date and time of your last data sync in the Settings tab.
