Fillet automatically calculates Menu Item nutrition for you using Ingredient nutrition and Recipe nutrition.
When you select a Menu Item, you can see its total Nutrition, that is, the total amount of calories.
You can also see all nutrient details for the Menu Item:

Update Menu Item nutrition #
Fillet automatically re-calculates Menu Item nutrition for you when you add or remove Ingredients and Recipes in a Menu Item.
For Ingredients inside a Menu item, Fillet automatically updates Menu Item nutrition when you modify Ingredient nutrition.
For Recipes inside a Menu item, Fillet automatically updates Menu Item nutrition when there are changes to Recipe nutrition. Since Recipe nutrition is automatically calculated, Recipe nutrition changes when you update Ingredients and Sub-recipes inside a Recipe.
