Nutrition for your Ingredients, Recipes and Menu Items.
Ingredient Nutrition
Enter nutrition details about an Ingredient:

The default measurement for Ingredient Nutrition is “100 grams”.
You can change the measurement amount, but not the measurement unit.
Enter an Ingredient’s Nutrition details
Select an Ingredient, then tap Nutrition.
Change measurement amount (per 100 g), if needed.
Enter nutrient amounts. You can enter amounts for all nutrients, or you can enter amounts only for the nutrients you want.
You can tap Use Reference to browse USDA nutrition information and autofill nutrient amounts.
You can tap Clear fields if you want to clear all nutrient amounts.
Tap Done to save.
See an Ingredient’s Nutrition details
When you select an Ingredient, you can see its total Nutrition, that is, the total amount of calories.
You can also see all nutrient details for the Ingredient.
Recipe and Menu Item Nutrition
Fillet automatically calculates Recipe Nutrition and Menu Item Nutrition.
Recipe Nutrition uses Nutrition information from the Recipe’s Components, that is, Ingredients and Subrecipes used in the Recipe.
Menu Item Nutrition uses Nutrition information from the Menu Item’s Components, that is, Ingredients and Recipes used in the Menu Item.
See a Recipe’s Nutrition
When you select a Recipe, you can see a summary of its Nutrition:
Total Nutrition for entire Recipe Yield (Yield is the total amount produced by the Recipe), and
Nutrition per unit of Yield.
You can also see all nutrient details for the entire Recipe and per unit of Yield:
Select a Recipe, then tap Nutrition.
Toggle to show Total or per unit of Yield.
See a Menu Item’s Nutrition
When you select a Menu Item, you can see its total Nutrition, that is, the total amount of calories.
You can also see all nutrient details for the Menu Item:
